A new offering from Colombia that is showing why we intend to always have a permanent spot on our menu for Colombian coffees. This lot is a beautiful expression of what flavors you can get even from blends of various farms pooling cherries together.  The result of this lot is a beautiful cherry/stone fruit acidity and a nice chocolate and caramel finish. We are loving this lot for its versatility both on filter and espresso and we hope you enjoy it too!
