A new offering from Colombia that is showing why we intend to always have a permanent spot on our menu for Colombian coffees. This lot is a beautiful expression of what flavors you can get even from blends of various farms pooling cherries together. This blend is actually only made up of geisha. Geisha is a highly desirable variety known for its florals and silky mouthfeel. This lot however has a very classic Colombia profile accompanying the silky mouthfeel and florals as well. Tons of chocolate and toffee in the finish. We are loving this lot for its versatility both on filter and espresso and we hope you enjoy it too!
