Cencoic is a collection of about 1000 smallholders located around Cauca in southern Colombia. This group was officially organized to export coffee in 2018 and since then they have been exporting all over the world. This specific lot is sweet, has a deep fruit acidity, tons of chocolate, subtle herb. It reminds us a lot of cherry cola and we can't get enough of it!
